OUR EDITORIAL APPROACH

Sources. Rights. Corrections.

Independent summaries, linked evidence.

MiniThinks writes concise summaries of announcements from developers, publishers, studios and manufacturers. Source dates are shown separately from release dates. Platform availability and regional limits belong in the note whenever they matter. Manufacturer claims are attributed, rather than presented as independent test results.

Human approval before publication.

AI tools assist with research, drafting and site maintenance. The owner reviews and approves each publishing batch. An official-source domain is a starting point for verification, not proof that a claim is correct.

Artwork needs a recorded basis.

Source links and image credits are attribution, not permission. Third-party artwork needs a documented applicable licence, press-use permission or other reviewed basis. When that basis is unresolved, MiniThinks uses a compact text layout or an original illustration matched to the story. Our Field Notes illustrations use a consistent ink-and-screenprint style with varied subjects and palettes. They are AI-assisted conceptual art, not game screenshots, official artwork or evidence of unannounced content. Drawing an existing character ourselves does not automatically clear the underlying character rights. Trademarks identify the subjects of our coverage and do not imply endorsement.

Corrections and rights concerns.

Use our report form to identify a page, explain the concern and give us a way to respond. For a rights concern, include the work and your relationship to its rights, the material involved and what you would like reviewed. We assess reports and may correct, replace or remove material while investigating. A report is not automatically accepted as accurate.

We aim to preserve a clear record of substantial corrections. Publicly available information, press material and short summaries can still raise legal questions; our policies are not a guarantee of clearance in every jurisdiction.
